A wanted parolee led police on a high speed chase on Thursday from Contra Costa County to a Fairfield apartment, where the suspect was taken into custody.

The 21 year old parolee, was arrested on suspicion of a parole violation after Fairfield police had to subdue him with pepper spray.  He was wanted in connection with a Pinole Police Department fraud case and was spotted in a green Honda by Hercules police when a chase proceeded.

A man from Goldendale caused an accident last Friday on State Route 14 according to the Washington State Patrol.
